The design, planning permission, construction and management of real estate were one of the first sectors in which the EGNATIA Group invested time and know-how. Today, being one of EGNATIA’s most active fields, it is constantly enriched with improved services. EGNATIA manages the property it builds, both on privately owned land and against consideration. It also undertakes the refurbishment of buildings and the construction of the business premises or of the residential dwelling that you wish, on your own building plot or on a plot that our people will suggest, from the planning permission and the design phase up to the final handover.
In parallel, it supplies the division of the company that undertakes and completes the construction component of multiform and complex structures projects (issuing of building permits, design, organisation, administration, supervision, construction and handover of the work, selling or leasing of property and, naturally, after sales services) in order to achieve full vertical integration of the production procedures of EGNATIA TEL.
With an experience of 20 years in the real estate market, the Group has built business premises and residential dwellings of a total surface area exceeding 350,000 m2. Industrial buildings, educational buildings, public works, telecommunication works, large supermarket chain stores, business premises, retail stores, offices and of course residential dwellings, apartments, small houses, country houses.
